Service Rates
We only have a labor rate that is charged once the technician begins the repair — there are no trip or mileage charges. The initial appointment is a 2 hour minimum at $225 an hour, or $450.
After the initial 2 hours, labor is billed (with customer approval) in 30 minute increments at $112.50 every 30 minutes.
Hourly rate includes labor and travel within 40 miles of Gainesville, FL. If the RV is located more than 40 miles we will still come to you for $6.75 per additional mile.

INSURANCE & WARRANTY CLAIMS
The labor rate for insurance and warranty jobs is $275 per hour.
Payment will be due in full by the customer upon completion of the job. The customer will then be reimbursed directly by their insurance or warranty company.
We have no control over the amount the insurance/warranty company will reimburse.
Please inform us of any insurance or warranty claim when scheduling your appointment.

Yes. We have a two hour minimum for the initial appointment. If the repair is finished in less than the two hours, you are welcomed to have the technician repairs, inspect, or check something else with the remaining time.

Yes. But if it is not something that is extremely clear, then it can’t be done over the phone and you would schedule a regular appointment for the technician to come out and gather all needed information. A formal estimate would be provedied to you following the appointment, usually by the next day. Any remaining time from our 2-hour minimum would be credited to the estimate, i.e. tech was there 30 minutes, 1.5 hours would be credited to the estimate.

Customer satisfaction is our priority, if you have concerns after service, please contact us. We’re committed to finding a fair and reasonable solution.
- All labor is covered by a 90-day warranty. If you experience an issue related to our workmanship within this period, we’ll make it right at no additional cost.
- While we generally cannot offer refunds on parts once they have been installed, many parts and appliances include a manufacturer’s warranty. We’re happy to assist you in navigating a warranty claims with the manufacturer, if needed.

Cancellation Fee
- 3 or more days before appointment (by 5pm): No cancellation fee
- 2 days before appointment: 50% of appointment estimate or invoice
- Less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment: 90% of appointment estimate or invoice -
Yes. We do what is called ‘customer reimbursement,’ in which the customer pay us at the completion of the job and is reimbursed by their warranty or insurance company.
We will submit the necessary documents, forms, photos, technician notes, estimates and receipts in order to complete the claim.

Yes, but only Onan RV generators.

No. Typically, you would bring your RV to your RV’s engine manufacture to have the engine or chassis repaired/serviced.

We work on all makes and models of RV, Bus, travel trailer, living quarters, horse trailers. We repair almost everything on the house side, except flooring, structural repairs and full roof replacement.
We also provide full inspections.
We do not work on RV engines or chassis.
We do not do RV structural repairs.
